GiftNexa collects the contact, delivery and payment-related information needed to process your order, provide support and prevent fraud. Payments are processed securely by Paystack; GiftNexa does not store your full card or mobile-money credentials.

We may share necessary delivery details with couriers and service providers working on your order. We do not sell your personal information. You may contact giftnexa1@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion, subject to legal and transaction-record requirements.

Order records are retained only as reasonably necessary for customer service, accounting and legal obligations.
