By placing an order, you confirm that the recipient and delivery information is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. An order is accepted only after successful payment verification and GiftNexa’s confirmation.

Product appearance may vary slightly because flowers, packaging and some locally made items are seasonal. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you before making a substitution of equal or greater value. Delivery estimates are not guarantees where delays arise from incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, severe weather or events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for lawful, respectful gift messages. GiftNexa may reject fraudulent orders or content that is abusive, threatening or unlawful. Ghanaian law governs these terms.
